Marco Peirre White Event.  Book Launch and Restaurant Launch at Cadbury House hotel Doubltree Hilton, Congresbury.

Artvue Photography were the official photographers for the launch.

Finally get my book signed at the end of the night!

By the age of 33, Marco had become - at the time - the youngest chef to be awarded three Michelin Stars and had working for him Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal.
